David B. Willis was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended college at the University of Texas in Austin, prior to attending law school. While at the University, he was a member of and elected President of the Longhorn Off-Road Club. He also played lacrosse for the University of Texas Lacrosse Team.
Upon graduation, David attended law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he excelled in the areas of litigation and business law.
After graduating from law school, David returned to Houston, Texas, and married his college sweetheart, Courtney. He currently resides in Houston with Courtney and his two dogs Belle and Holli.
