I am a solo attorney. If you are seeking an attorney at a giant law firm with multiple staff members working for each attorney then I am not the one for you. I am solo by choice because I believe it is possible to provide excellent legal services without putting the client out of business in paying for these services.
This does not mean you have to sacrifice quality. Operating as a solo attorney allows me to reduce my overhead and thus the costs of my services to my clients. But, I can still access the same legal resources as any other law firm and also have a network of attorneys across a broad spectrum of practice areas that I can speak with for a second opinion, or when I just want to bounce an idea off someone.
Responsive
When you contact my office you can rest assured that you will deal directly with me. While being a solo means I often cannot answer the phone every time it rings, I promise to return all phone calls within hours, not days or weeks. I am also available via email.
When you retain me as your attorney you can remain confident that I am the attorney working on your case. The work is not being passed off to some associate or another attorney you have never met. If you have a question or a problem, I am the person you come to. As was once famously stated, “The buck stops here.”
Flexible
Client satisfaction is my number one priority and as such I offer opportunities you cannot find from many other attorneys. In many circumstances, I will visit your office so that you can avoid the inconvenience of having to leave your business behind. This also gives me an opportunity to learn about your business in person so I can better serve your needs.
I also offer fee arrangements outside of the traditional hourly billing offered by most attorneys. Capped fees, flat fees, and other flexible fee arrangements are available depending upon the circumstances of your situation.
My number one goal as an attorney is to provide flexible and dependable value in helping my clients solve their legal problems. An attorney should do everything he or she can to make solving those problems easy on the client. I am willing to take the extra step so my clients can rest easy knowing that I am ethically and aggressively solving any legal problems they may have.
